HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Commencing on or about Friday, May 10, 2013 there will be one (1) way to enter:
In-Store – To be eligible to win a prize in this contest in-store, obtain an entry form at Contest Displays in participating Family Foods
locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario (while supplies last). Complete the contest entry form,
including the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, deposit in the ballot box provided at any participating Family
Foods location. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Each entry must be an original (no photocopies or facsimiles will be
accepted). To be eligible, all entries must be received by store closing on, Thursday, June 27, 2013 the contest closing date.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be a total of one (1) Prize available per participating Family Foods
location to be won, consisting of one (1) Napoleon Ultra Chef BBQ, valued at $550. Prizes may not be exactly as indicated; we reserve
the right, based on availability, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and
are not transferable. Macdonalds Consolidated (the “Sponsor”) reserves the right, in the event that a prize or a component of a prize
cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar prize or component of equal or greater value without liability. Only
one (1) prize per person or household.

ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to residents of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario who have reached the age of
majority in their province of residence at the time of entry except employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) or
agents of Sponsor, or subsidiaries of Macdonalds Consolidated, participating Family Foods Locations, its advertising and promotion
agencies, participating vendors and the contest judges.

DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION:
On or about June 28, 2013 at store closing at each participating Family Foods location, eligible entrants will be selected by random draw
from all eligible in-store entries received for one (1) Napoleon Ultra Chef BBQ Prize at every local participating Family Foods location.
All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor(s) and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except
with the selected entrants. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal and municipal laws. By
entering this contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the
personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s
Privacy Policy unless the entrant otherwise agrees.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as
undeliverable, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Also if
the selected entrant does not return the completed waiver form within fourteen (14) days from the time that the sponsor sends it to them
(via fax, courier or registered mail), the Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select a new eligible entrant.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering the contest, each selected entrant agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice,
statements about the contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried
out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet. The Sponsor, its advertising and promotion
agencies and the contest judges are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed or illegible entries.
Without limitation, the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and the contest judges will not be liable for (i) late-received,
illegible, incomplete, falsified, destroyed, unintelligible, lost or irretrievable or misdirected entries and all such entries are void (ii)
entries which fail to comply with these Contest Rules; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor, its advertising and
promotion agencies or the contest judges for any reason including, but not limited to, theft or loss in shipping; or any combination of the
above. Further, the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and the contest judges will not be liable for any injury or damage to
an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the contest.
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the
contest judges with respect to all aspects of this contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any
kind without prior notice or obligation.
By entering this contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the
personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s
Privacy Policy unless the entrant otherwise agrees.
